Message If anyone was wondering, I got my 1995 TTZ in California. I went there and looked at the car, however I was unable to take it to Z car garage, since it was 40 miles away and the dealer couldn't drive that far. Thus why I asked if there was a shop right in San Francisco, when I asked I was with the dealer looking at the car. So I had to make a choice on my own. The car is beautiful on the outside and extremely clean on the inside, it looks straight out of 95. So I drove around the block a couple of times and tested out all the gizmos like the touring/sport switch, everything worked perfectly, car purrs like a kitten and the turbo's spool up great. I had to make a judgement call on my own, and I figured, since I'm getting it at such a great price, even if I have to do some maintenance on it later it's still a great deal, and just what I want. So I took it, and drove it all up and down the coast of California. It handles like a dream, and pulls like a beast, even completely stock. I'm amazed at the power, one time I guess I gave it a bit too much gas around a turn, and acidentally did my first small drift. That was loads of fun. I was amazed that the car doesn't lean at all, it simply goes sideways. There are a couple of things I must fix to get it absolutely perfect, nothing really serious, but it would give me some peace of mind. First, I need to get it alligned. It pulls to the right a bit. Second, when the car is cold and you first start it up, it makes a little ticking noise. When you run it for Ten minutes the noise is gone. My father thinks it's a sticky valve. I'm not sure exactly what it is, I'll get it checked out and fixed. and last when you rev it moderately high and shift fast into 5th it grinds, not a lot, it's subtle, and if I shift normally at low revs it does nothing. I'm thinking it's the syncro (spelling) in the fith gear. It's not major, I might just leave it, depends on how much it will be to correct. I drove it for 3 days straight, then on sunday brought it back to San Francisco to have it shipped. So that's my story, it's not perfect in the absolute sense, but I think it's problems are fairly minor and I love it. Sorry about the long post.

Long live the Z.
